Return / Refund Policy
Returns must be done within 30 days of placing the order.
Returns are only accepted for products that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging. "New condition" means that the product has not been used, modified, or tampered with. Once products have been used they are no longer eligible for return.
All returns must be emailed in advance. Please email us at email@example.com. And your request will be responded within 24 hours.

Note: Return shipping and insurance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If damage occurs in transit on return, Hygrohub will refuse the return and the customer will need to process a claim with their shipping provider.
In the case a product is defective within 30 days of receiving the order, we will exchange the product for a new one, issue a credit, or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the product. Please immediately contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you discover one of our products is not working properly.
The warranty period will begin on the date the machine is purchased by the initial purchaser. We offer 1-year warranty for our machine. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any parts proven defective in material or workmanship without charge.
All orders will be shipped out the next day after your order. We ship the orders in work days( from Monday to Saturday) and all year around. In general conditions, it will take 3-7 days for you to receive the package. Estimate shipping is offered as your need.
Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories
Hawaii and Guam are available. Sorry, we don’t ship orders to Alaska and other US Terriories at present. Thanks for your visit!
